• I finally accepted that I’m a very right-brained individual.  I love to write, to be behind my camera, and editing photos is as much fun as taking them.

  • I teach photography at the Hall International Academy in Eagle, ID.

  • I played professional baseball having been drafted twice as a catcher, once by the New York Yankees, and then signing with the Montreal Expos.

  • I have a wonderfully supportive family that makes doing this job worth the effort, and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that I also adopted a terrific Boxer named Chloe that.

  • I spent 19 years working in the non-profit industry primarily helping at-risk children.

  • I’m a spirited introvert, I love people but I'll need my alone to recharge my battery.

  • I love bright, shiny objects!  Wait, did you just see that car drive by?

  • I turned down a job to tie ropes for a rodeo friend of mine.  I love the rodeo, but after learning what else the job requires I opted out.  Yikes!

  • I’m a helper, and I become totally energized when I get to lend a hand.

  • In my days of immaturity, a former team-mate and I started a food-fight after a game while our manager, who was courting actor and pitcher Timothy Busfield to play on our team, got hit in the side of the face with a slice of pepperoni.  Tim ended up pitching for us anyway, on our Field of Dreams.

  • I’ve managed to be yelled at by General Colin Powell, Cal Ripken Junior, Dikembe Mutombo, Dee Picket, while a US Marine Drill Instructor thought it would be cool if he buzzed my tower by marching his platoon of recruits right by me while I was tying my shoes - the most scared I’ve ever been.

  • I take my work seriously, but certainly not myself.
